DESCRIPTION:
The Foothills Golf Club truly represents what desert golf should be and caters to both power and course management-minded players. The par 72 championship links-style course, designed by internationally acclaimed architects Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, stretches to almost 7,000 yards with lush rolling fairways, blue lakes and 65 bunkers set against rough rocky desert terrain. With four sets of tees, The Foothills Golf Club has appeal for golfers of all skill levels and has earned a four-star ranking from Golf Digest as well as being listed as one of Phoenix's top golf courses. Par 72 championship course, desert style with lots of bunkers, great for all abilities *GOLF SHOP HOURS: 6:00am-6:00pm *DRIVING RANGE: Driving range is open from sunrise to sunset. To get balls they must have a card that they get from the shop (which generally closes at 5 pm). They can put money on the card and then use the card in the ball machine. If they already have a card with money on it, they can go straight to the range and use the ball machine. Small Bucket of 75 balls is $6. Medium Bucket of 125 balls is $10. Large Bucket of 250 balls is $20 Not included in the greens fee. Hit off of grass tees and mats. Dress code applies. Rental clubs for range available free of charge, must leave driver's license or ID while using. *PRACTICE FACILITIES: Putting, chipping greens and practice bunkers available for all players. *CLUB RENTAL: $25 for 18 or 9. Callaway and Adams sets. Men's rights and lefts Women's rights No junior sets available *CLUB AMENITIES: Fully stocked golf shop with clothes and equipment. Men's and women's locker room. No shower in the ladies. There is a shower in the men's locker room. Towels are NOT provided. *PACE OF PLAY: 4 and 30 minutes for 18 holes. *BAG DROP: In front of the clubhouse

DIRECTIONS: *From downtown and the airport: Take I-10 East towards Tucson and exit at Pecos Road. Take Pecos Road approximately 4 miles to 24th Street. Tuirn right towards the mountains on 24th Street to Liberty Lane. Go left on Liberty Lane and take an immediate right on Clubhouse Drive. The club will be on the left side, and golfers are to use the club's second entrance. *From Scottsdale: Take the Loop 101 Freeway south until it ends at the Loop 202 West.
